The First World circus day was a huge success in India and celebrated in a big way at Rambo Circus in Pune.
As you see in these images, there was a spectacular procession in two trailers accompanied by a jeep of Circus Fan club and a country band, hit the streets of Pune . For the first time the normal public got to see some thing new as they were peeping through windows and looking down from the balconies of their high-rise apartments. The excitement was not only seen in public but I could see the happiness, confidence and a new ray of hope in the eyes of the Circus artists for they being recognised.
